ビール(1)

　今日も暑い！こんなときはやっぱり「まずビール」ですね。

　全国的なﾒｰｶｰが4社しかない日本ですが、発売中止になった銘柄は結構あります。歳がﾊﾞﾚそうですが、ｷﾘﾝｼｬｳﾄ、ｱｻﾋｽﾊﾟｰｲｰｽﾄ、ｻｯﾎﾟﾛ気分爽快生ﾋﾞｰﾙ、ｻﾝﾄﾘｰﾀﾞｲﾅﾐｯｸなどなど...あまり旨いとは思わなかった過去の記憶がよみがえります。

　そんな中でひとつだけ「ｻｯﾎﾟﾛｸｰﾙﾄﾞﾗｲ」だけは大好きで、なくなってしまったときは「えっ！」てな感じでした。ｼﾙﾊﾞｰﾌﾞﾙｰ？をﾍﾞｰｽにしたﾖｯﾄﾃﾞｻﾞｲﾝのﾗﾍﾞﾙが涼しげで、夏にぴったりのｸｰﾙなのど越しがたまらなかったな～。夜に田んぼの真ん中の一軒酒屋に買いに行くと、ﾎﾀﾙが寄ってきて「こいつらにも飲ましてやるか！」みたいな気分になったものです。

　そんな夏の習慣で、今回も新銘柄が出たら「まずは1回飲んでみる」つもりです。

ビールいいですねぇ！！私も大好きです。お互いビール腹にならない程度に楽しみましょうね。
けど、スーパーかいじさんの言うビールの銘柄は・・・分かりません（笑）

オヤジ系のうんちくを披露しますと、ビールの醗酵技術は明治維新のあとドイツから輸入されました。そのときのメーカーが大日本麦酒という会社で、のちに札幌麦酒(サッポロビールの前身)でした。
業界最大手のキリンビールは三菱財閥の一員で、三菱財閥と懇意であった坂本竜馬は「国家100年の大計」を案じながらとキリンビールを愛飲していたかもしれませんね。
