前回のパン作りのリベンジで、先日『メロンパン』を作りました。
朝食にと思ったのですが、朝起きてからパン作りを開始。約２時間くらいで完成しました。
うちは寒い？ので、発酵がいまいちだったかなぁ・・・って。
焼く前は小さくかわいいかったのですが・・・
焼き上がりは・・・こんなん出来ました。
焼きあがったのはお昼前。昼食に美味しくいただきました。
